Acceptance
By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to our content policy and privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility & age
Explicit content is for adults only — you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. The sexual-awareness section is open to readers 16 and over where local law allows. Misrepresenting your age is a breach of these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Use a pseudonym; you need not provide your legal name. One person, one account.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it on the platform so we can show it to readers. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including that any narrated voice is your own.
Acceptable use
You must follow our content policy. Content that sexualises minors, depicts non-consent, uses real people without consent, or is otherwise illegal is forbidden and will be removed and, where required, reported.
Suspension & termination
We may warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or our content policy, and remove content. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. All stories and audio are works of fiction. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability.
Governing law
